Based around the Intel server board S5000VCL the Mendax Rackserv 1228 rack mount server takes advantage of Intel's newest Xeon Dual and Quad Core processors and delivers incredibly fast system bus speeds (1066/1333MHz). Sitting at a depth of 21.5” the Rackserv 1228 is one of our shortest dual Xeon servers. Supporting two Dual Core or Quad Core 64bit Intel Xeon processors, 12GB of ECC DDR2 667Mhz SDRAM memory and two fixed SATA2 or SAS (optional) drives ensures your applications are running at peak performance with reliability and outstanding response times. As you have come to expect, this product delivers the stability and reliability associated with all Mendax rack mount and pedestal servers and has undergone the Mendax strict quality assurance compliance tests.
